If you are interested in one of our puppies you can contact us any time on the phone, or through e-mail. E-mail is the best way to contact us, but please do leave your phone number. Daytime phone calls are preferred. With lots of dogs and active kids, evenings get pretty hectic around here.

Once you have chosen a puppy and been approved by us, we will ask for a deposit to hold the puppy of your choice. The deposit is $100 and is not refundable if you change your mind. All puppies are vet checked at 6-7 weeks before leaving us to insure you are getting a healthy new family member. Puppies are available around 8 weeks of age.

We tend to be a bit picky about who gets our puppies, so we will be asking you a lot of questions. We may ask for vet references as well. We do not sell to brokers or pet shops. Our puppies are sold with limited AKC registration, full registration available only with approval.

We do not ship our puppies.
We feel it is far too traumatic on the babies to be treated as cargo. Plus we want you and your family to come visit us and pick out your puppy. That way you can meet the mother and possibly the father of your special fur baby. You can also see the clean family environment we raise the puppies in. This gives us a chance to meet and talk in depth about the care of your new puppy and answer any questions you may have. We do not sell puppies to people we cannot meet first. These babies are raised from day one with love and devotion and we expect you to continue that if you want one of them. It might be a little more time consuming, but we feel our babies are worth it.
If you absolutely cannot make it to our home, we are willing to meet you at the Minneapolis airport so you can roundtrip your baby back home as a carry on. This works well and typically costs the same or less than shipping a puppy if you plan ahead.

Your puppy will leave here with:
vet check
all age appropriate vaccines and worming
shot records
purchase agreement with health guarantee
a copy of their pedigree
AKC registration materials
a small sample of their food to get them started
a blanket
a custom made collar

Please have the following ready:
A crate (vital for housebreaking and keeping the baby safe)
high quality puppy food (no Science Diet, we use Nutri-Source)
food and water dishes
leash & ID tags
toys!
the phone numbers of your vet and groomer

Once you get your puppy, we are still available to you. Over the years I have worked as a veterinary assistant and an obedience trainer. I have had at least one cocker for nearly 30 years now. I have trained cockers in obedience, agility, and conformation. Cockers are my hobby and talking with other cocker crazy people is wonderful. Please feel free to call me anytime concerning health or training issues, or just to brag on your baby!
