Here are Keryer, we are big believers in the proper socialization and training of our babies. This process begins the moment they are born, and continues with the new owners. These are lively, intelligent dogs with the potential to do just about anything you can imagine a dog doing. Finding out what you and your dog can do together is all part of the fun. Remember, a trained cocker is a happy cocker!

All new owners are asked to acquire a book on basic puppy training. If this is your first dog, this is especially important.

We also greatly stress the importance of a PUPPY CLASS! A well run puppy class will introduce the babies to a variety of other dog breeds and other sorts of dog people. We believe so strongly in the importance of a puppy class that we will split the cost of the class with you. Just provide us proof of completion and receipt for the amount paid, and we will cover half the cost. Should your puppy prove to be a STAR, and gain his or her Canine Good Citizen title before the age of one year, we will completely cover the cost of the first training class. Its that important to us! Most vets either hold a class themselves, or can refer you to trainers in your area. All our dogs attend Canine Trainers in the Rochester, MN area.
